Refund policy

Cactus Creek Boutique will only offer returns for store credit, exchanges for equal value upon availability. No refunds. Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs. Cactus Creek Boutique will only accept returns/exchanges 7 days from receiving your shipped order and 10 days from a ready for pick up email. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and unwashed, with all tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thecactuscreekboutique@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for postage to return the item and/or returning the item to the store promptly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please include your full name and order number when contacting us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If for some reason the item is damaged please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at thecactuscreekboutique@yahoo.com.. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, pre orders, and personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and for sanitary reasons undergarments' (such as bodysuits, panties, swimwear). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Preorders, Clearance items, treat yo self, single Sunday deal days are final sale these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Our VIP group has a resell thread where these items can be resold at the price you purchased them. Cactus Creek Boutique is not responsible for any resell thread transactions that is between the seller and buyer. Items purchased at wholesale or on Destash are not eligible for return. They are final sale. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special pricing days or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are conditional to item size being available. This will be discussed when the exchange is initiated. Please email thecactuscreekboutique@yahoo.com to initiate a exchange. 

Refunds
